He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Barden and Helen "Pat" Barden (McLellan); his children, Jon-Paul Barden and Nicole Barden; his sisters, Eve Danico-Harrington (Barden) and Joyce Walden Brisbois; his mother-in-law Loretta E. Kalkanajian (Kiley); and his stepmother-in-law Barbara Kalkanajian (Comperchio-Forziati).
He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his son Theron "Teddy"; his siblings, Ralph (Laurel Barden) and Pat Murphy (Barden); and his father-in-law John Kalkanajian. He is also survived by two grandchildren, one great grandchild.
