He is survived by: his wife Debra Buck Chase; his children, Amanda, Dylan Chase, Alicia Persons and Eric (Deb Rexford); his grandchildren, Taylor Becker, Tiffany Eastman-Persons, Hannah, Michaela Persons and Alexis Rexford; his great grandchild Mathias Pray; his siblings, William (Marjorie Chase), JoEllen (Ben Harris) and Geoffrey Chase; his aunt Rachel Darling; and his cousins, David, Dana, Sandy, Robbi and Joe.
