He was predeceased by: his parents, Antonio Azevedo and Maria Azevedo; and his siblings, Manuel "Manny" Azevedo and Maria Conceicoa. He is survived by: his siblings, Antonio "Tony" Santos and Connie Santos; and his nieces, Leslie Terra (Santos), Sheila Costa-Hibbard, Katerina Sourgiadakis and Sofia Sourgiadakis. He is also survived by five great-nieces, and three great-nephews.
