He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Woolhouse Sr. and Florence Beatrice Woolhouse (Carpenter); and his wife Martha Woolhouse. He is survived by: his sister Juanita Gray of Warwick, RI; his daughters, Beth Donovan (Tim) of Whitefield, NH and Leslie Siggins (Charles) of Yarmouth Port, MA; his grandchildren, Caitlin Wemette (Scott) of Milton, VT, Sarah MacKenzie Donovan, Abigail Grace and Phineas John Siggins; and his great grandchild Amelia Louise Wemette.
