He is survived by: his significant other Wanda Hazen; his stepdaughter Jenna Marie; his stepgrandchildren, Cody, Ava and Maximus; his stepson Tim Shorten; his children, Paige, Timothy, Eliza and Alynna Morgan (Paul); his grandchildren, Miranda, Sarah and Cheyenne; his son Michel D'Angelo; his grandchildren, Devin and Serena; his son Aidan; and his siblings, Michael (Carol Curtis), Lawrence (Peggy Curtis), Sharon (Barry Patterson), Ronald (Stephanie Curtis), Catherine (John McAniston), David (Patricia Curtis), Chris Loftin-Curtis, Karen (Shannon Meaney), Joseph Curtis, Richard (Jen Smith) and Patrick (Heather Smith). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles and friends.
