She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, James Millar and Annie Rafferty Millar; her husband Ellis Woodruff Howard; her children, David, Elizabeth Howard, Peter (Janice) and Jim (Ann); her grandchildren, Paul Howard (Kelly), Sarah Caputo (Matt) and Stephen Howard; her great grandchild Lydie Caputo; and her sister-in-law Barbara Millar. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
