He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gonyer and Ann Gonyer (Enderson); his brother Michael Liveston; his aunt Patricia Simmons (Enderson); and his uncles, Lawrence "Hap" Enderson, Alton "Salt" Enderson, Robert "Crow" Enderson, Richard "Dick" Enderson, James "Pepper" Enderson and Robert Simmons.
He is survived by: his siblings, Cindy Lou Brooks (Clark) of Lyman and Thomas Liveston (Denise); and his aunts, Barbara Enderson, Carlene Enderson, Jeanette Enderson and Ann Enderson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, cousins and close friends.
