He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael Culver and Allison Culver; his sister Madison; his brother-in-law Adam Cryans (Lyme); his brother Brockton; his aunts and uncles, Matt, Molly Culver (Lisbon), Martin, Amber Culver (Whitefield), Dan and Meghan Stinsen (Jefferson); his cousins, Danny, Brody, Bryce and Grace; his grandparents, Thomas, JoAnn Culver (Lancaster), Arlene Nallon of O'Fallon, MO and Avelina Bailey of Lake Placid, NY; and his great-grandparent Dolores Nallon of O'Fallon, MO.
In Bailey's memory donations may be made to Give Kids the World – a place that Bailey remembered as his Disney house.
