He was predeceased by: his parent Robert E.; and his sibling Ronald Boulard. He is survived by: his parent Patricia B. Boulard (Richard); his siblings-in-law, David E. Boulard of Litchfield, NH, Barbara J. Alexa (Bruce) of Tyngsborough, Doreen C. Shipley (William) of Tyngsborough, Carol J. Burns (Kevin) of Tyngsborough and Tricia A. Riel (Warren) of Tyngsborough; and also, Richard E. Boulard (Makhara Souk) of Lowell and Daniel P. Boulard of Litchfield, NH.
