She was predeceased by: her father Loren Fatka. She is survived by: her parent Kristan Hopkins (Falcon); her sons, Ricky, Joey and Tommy; her stepfather Steve Hopkins; and her stepsiblings, Jill Hopkins and Jeff Hopkins. She is also survived by many cousins, aunts, and uncles.
