We are sad to announce that on August 18, 2023, at the age of 80, James S. Thompson of Litchfield, New Hampshire, born in Lowell, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James H. Thompson and Eleanor M. Thompson (Szymaszek). He is survived by: his wife Leslie A. Thompson (Roy) of Litchfield; his daughters, Cynthia Funk (Joel) of Pearishburg, VA and Deborah Watts (Matthew) of Manchester; his grandson Sean Sirois (Angela); his great grandchildren, Killian and Scarlet; his grandchildren, Stephen Belanger and Alicia Sirois; his siblings, Maryann Chabot (Marty) of Wolfeboro, NH and Dennis Thompson (Annrose D.) of Dracut; and also, Kori Williams and Sophie. He is also survived by His extended family includes several nieces, nephews, cousins, and a multitude of friends.
