He was predeceased by: his parents, William Wardwell and Lillian Wardwell (McGowan); and his sister Sharon Laplume. He is survived by: his wife Kathie Bourret of Litchfield, NH; his stepsons, Larry Clifford (Sadie Brown) of Melrose, MA and Greg Clifford (Laura) of Windham, ME; his children, Rachael Bichel (Heath) of Yakima, WA and Kyle Wardwell of Seoul; his siblings, Laurie Sweeney (Bruce) of Manchester, NH and Chip Wardwell (Jackie) of Monroe, NC; his brother-in-law Ron Laplume of Manchester, NH; and his grandchildren, Leo, Otis, Lily, Piper, Wyatt and Hunter.
The military honors will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery (110 Daniel Webster Hwy, Boscawen, NH 03303).
