She is survived by: her husband Yvan Tardif; her daughter Johanne Tardif; her grandchildren, Kayla Victoria Tardif Riendeau (John Torres), Trever Jon Tardif Riendeau, Gabriella Lynn Tardif Riendeau, Samantha Mallet, Jessica Waddell and Deavon Moore; her great grandchild Kamden; her brother Andre; her close friend Charlotte Rodrigue; her brother Laval; her sister-in-law Slyvie Rodrigue; her brother Simone; her sister-in-law Josee Rodrigue; her sister Liette; her brother-in-law Andre Toulouse; her sister Jeanne; her siblings-in-law, Louis Michaud, France Tardif, Carmen Tardif, Roger Bureau and Yvan Tardif; her sister Lucielle; her brother-in-law Herman Drouin; her sister Ghyslaine; her brother-in-law Giles Pomerleau; her brother Slyvain; her siblings-in-law, Linda Tardif and Armand Tardif; and also Richard Marique. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family encourages donations be made in Chantal's loving memory to the Crozier House, part of the catholic Charities in Worcester, MA a charity that was very dear to her.
