He was predeceased by: his parents, Beverly Chase (Mountain) and Leonard Chase; and his brother Andrew Chase. He is survived by: his wife Angela Chase; his children, Becki Williams (Adam) and Scott Chase (Missy); his stepchildren, John Charlebois (Kary) and Nikki Charlebois; his grandchildren, Hannah, Noah, Ethan, Katelyn and Bailey; and his siblings, Marvin Chase and Kathy Greenwood (David Fenoff). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Donations can be made to the Littleton Elks Lodge, PO Box 65, Littleton, NH 03561, to help with Christmas baskets, which was a particularly special yearly activity that Mike enjoyed taking part in.
