He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pugh and Mariangela Pugh. He is survived by: his close friend Margaret Plante; his children, Daniela Pugh, Alexandra Norrlof (Petter), Carissa Collins (Tom) and Kyle Pugh (Jessica); his siblings, Rita Ann Mitchell and Joseph Pugh; and his friend Walter Godfrey.
The family does plan on hosting a celebration of life in the Spring once Covid-19 restrictions have been lifted.
In lieu of flowers, please consider donating to organizations that provide scholarships for those wanting to enter a skilled trade, such as the Mike Rowe Foundation, or towards a veteran's assistance group, such as New England based Project New Hope.
