He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur J. Jr and Janet Leonard, Jr. of Loudonville, NY; and his brothers, David A. Leonard and William T. Leonard of Haley, ID.. He is survived by: his wives, Debbie and Debra Peterson Leonard; and his sister Loretta June Van Ness (Ray) of East Greenbush, NY. He is also survived by 8 nieces and nephews, and many grand nieces.
