He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank R., Sr. and Lillian Bill (Witkowski); and his sister Dolores Roderick. He is survived by: his spouse Jean L. Bill (Laufenberg); his mother-in-law Jean; his children, Raymond Bill, Joseph Bill, Michael Bill and Dianna Bill; his daughters-in-law, Brittany Weippert and Leah Bill; his grandson Nathan Bill; and his sister Carol Alim. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
