He was predeceased by: his son David Mark Vaughan; and his siblings, Carol Jefferson, Owen Vaughan and Theodore Vaughan. He is survived by: his wife Janet E. Vaughan (Barker); his daughter Marlys D. Vaughan (Robert J. Davis) of Salem, MA; his brothers, Robert S. Vaughan (Doss Vaughan) of Carver, MA and Bruce A. Vaughan (Claudia Vaughan); his sister-in-law Joyce Vaughan of Carver, MA; his daughter Joanna L. Vaughan; and his grandsons, Philip D. Lenzi and Nicholas W. Lenzi. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
