He is survived by: his wife Barbara Putnam; his daughter Samantha White; his son-in-law Skip; his granddaughter Sidney White; and his siblings, Bernice Putnam, John, Joy Putnam, Elizabeth Putnam, Roscoe Putnam, Bob, Matthew Putnam Shelia (Putnam) and Kevin.
