He was predeceased by: his father Robert Hazlett, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Janet Hazlett (Tatro); his children, Stephanie Allard (Doug) and Daniel Hazlett; his stepchildren, Amy Lacroix and Scott Lacroix; his siblings, Debbie Dolloph (John) and Douglas Hazlett; his grandchildren, Matthew Hazlett, Brianna, Jayden Allard, Payton Hayes, Conner, Tanner Brown and Anna Nesto; his great grandchild Thea Olsen; his nephews, Jason and Andrew Dolloph; his niece Danielle Lemay; and his extended family Lauren Nesto.
