We are sad to announce that on November 24, 2023, at the age of 87, Richard D. Tobin in Lebanon, New Hampshire, born in Salem, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, James T. and Mary E. Tobin (Curran); his wife Ellen S. Tobin; and his brother James T. Tobin. He is survived by: his children, Sandra A. Mahoney (Steve) of Portsmouth, NH, Mary E. Bell (Bob) of Fryeburg, ME, Richard J. Tobin of Fryeburg, Judy E. Tobin of North Conway, NH and Laurie Tobin Raymond (Gary) of Lancaster, PA. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, fifteen great grandchildren, other relatives, and friends.

Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one's choice.
