He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Howe and Linda Howe (Chapley). He is survived by: his children, Jenna Howe (Hunter Tibbits) and Alex Howe (Xandra); his sister Suzanne Fraser (Matt); his niece Melinda Fraser; his nephew Andrew Fraser; and his friends, Mark, Missy Gardner, Bill, Heather Gokey and Lenny Pillsbury.
In lieu of flowers Randy's family suggests memorial donations the Upper Valley Humane Society.
