It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Chase of Lebanon, New Hampshire, born in North Haverhill, New Hampshire, who passed away on October 13, 2023, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmore Johnson and Emma Johnson (Spooner); and her son James Lynaugh (late Susan). She is survived by: her friend Richard Chase; her husband Richard Chase; her children, Wendy Irwin (Clarence) and Paul Lynaugh (Karen); her stepson Rick Chase (Jenn); and her siblings, Peter Johnson (Anne) and Barbara MacNamee (Jerry Johnson). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eight great grandchildren and many beloved nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in her name to BAYADA Hospice 316 Main St. Unit EH-6, Norwich, Vermont 05055.
