He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph P. Guay and Mary E. Guay (Gilson). He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Anne Guay of Brockton, Joseph "Pat" Guay of Cornish, NH. and Bob Guay of Jamaica Plain; his significant other Sue Seidler of Lebanon, NH; and his significant other's children, Courtney of Quechee and Cassidy of Pomfret.
