She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Mae (Webber) and Melvin Bowles; her husband Kenneth "Joe" Williams; and her siblings, Elizabeth Bean, Norman Bowles of Loudon, Paul Bowles of Littleton, Alfred Bowles of Ohio, Barbara Webster of Lebanon and Walter Bowles of Easton. She is also survived by her nephew.
