He is survived by: his wife Margaret Bartlett Gray; his sons, Alexander Lathrop Gray (Elizabeth) of Canaan, NH and Elliot Willard Gray of South Burlington, VT; his siblings, Linda Gray Burdet of Lyndon Centre, VT and Vernon Carleton Gray of East Burke, VT; and his grandchildren, Emery Lathrop Gray, Seth Wagg Gray, Walker Bartlett Gray, Brooks Lathrop Gray and Porter Phillip Gray.
