Cheney Jr. in Lebanon, New Hampshire, born in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his former wife Donna Ricard; his children, Francis E. Cheney III (Rhonda) of Newport, VT, Christina Cotnoir (Rene) of Derby, VT, Jessica Fontaine (Aaron) of Red Lodge, MT and Jordan Cheney (Naomi) of Derby, VT; his grandchildren, Nathan Cheney of Glover, VT, Abby Giroux (Nick) of Derby, VT, Noah Cheney of Holland, VT, Danielle Havens (Jonathan) of Essex, VT, Lindsay Saari (Ben) of Seattle, WA, Alexander Cotnoir of Derby, VT, Liddia, Audrey Fontaine of Red Lodge, MT and Harrison Cheney of Derby, VT; and his siblings, Dana Cheney (Kathy) of Newport, VT, Linda Caron (Alfred) of Troy, VT, Mary Poulin of Richford, VT, Bonnie Stone of Irasburg, VT and Marie Cheney of Newport, VT. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
