He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Hebert; his children, Matt Smith, Sr. of Bradenton, FL, Katrina Brown of Leesburg, FL and Annette Dauphinais of Claremont, NH; his stepchildren, Randy Smith, Rob Hebert and Jodi Hebert; his grandchildren, Josh, Noah, Amanda, Patrick, Joey, Brandon, James and Matt Jr.; and his siblings, Joan Ducharme, Dorothy Aloisio of Plainfield, NH, Gloria Parisi of Edmond, OK, Shirley Clements and Bill Brown. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
