He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Salls; his son Nicholas Salls (Nichole); his grandchildren, Jackson, Audrey, Ava, Alexis, Nevin Kapuscinski, Serena Ditkoff, Myles Ditkoff and Benjamin Salls; his siblings, Gene, Keith, Vaughn, Terry, Melody (Marsh) and Kaye (Allen); and also, Tracey Kapuscinski (Bart) and Jennifer Ditkoff.
