He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernard Devins and Madeline Devins (Merchant). He is survived by: his sister Nancie Devins Murphy of Lebanon; his nephew Jonathan Murphy of Enfield; his friend Shadara MacNicol of Quechee; and his parents-in-law, Barry and Lee Murphy of Farmington, NH.
