She is survived by: her brothers, Leonard and Arthur LaFlam (Joanne); her sisters-in-law, Ann and Cindy; her children, Frank James Chapman, Jr. (Melissa), Nancy Chapman Elliott, Deborah Chapman, Douglas Chapman (Deb) and Janice Chapman Allen (Hazen); her grandchildren, Patience Marsh (Carl), Frank James Chapman, III (Jessica Ann), Katie Jo Chapman (Suzie), Megan Chapman (Jason), Samantha Martin (Nicholas) and Stephanie Smarsik; and her great grandchildren, Hannah, Connor Martin, Dakota and McKenzie Chapman. She is also survived by her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
