Newell (Ball) of Whitefield; his children, Scott Newell (Anita) of Groveton, Linda Talotta of Hillsboro, Dianne and Randy; and his brother Bruce Newell. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, 2 nieces and a nephew.
