It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Hazel L. Wood (Lancaster, New Hampshire), born in Lunenburg, Vermont, who passed away on December 11, 2023, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Whitehead and Lila Whitehead (Nichols); her husband Kenneth Wood; and her son Donald. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Hartshorn and Beverly Rosen of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her sister Elizabeth Turgeon of Thermopolis, WY. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made in her memory to a charity of one's choice.
