She was predeceased by: her parents, Alexander Green Sr. and Ethel Green (Menchington); her husband Edward M. O'Leary; and her siblings, Eva May, Blanche, Janet, Viola, Myrtle, Wallace, Alexander (Sandy), Leo (Howard) and Llewelyn (Lou).
She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Donnalee, Susan, Keith, David, Janet, Gretchen, Heather, Michelle, Michael and Gregory.
