She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred L. Priest Sr. and Lillian Priest (Wallace); her husband Robert D. Gunnip; and her siblings, Fred L. Priest Jr., Marjorie Cooper and Priscilla Kalenian.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert M. Gunnip of Anchorage, AK, David A. Gunnip of Gilman, VT and Jonathan F. Gunnip of Anchorage, AK; her grandchildren, Kyle of Florida, Connor of Ohio, Cullen Gunnip of Florida, Samuel Gunnip, Meredith Frazier and Jasmine Gunnip of Anchorage, AK; her great grandchildren, Nabi, Joon, Sooha Gunnip, Samuel, Addison, Ava Grace, Emmalyn, Shelby Beth and Ruby Kay Frazier; her brother Clarence Priest of North Carolina; her daughter-in-law Dina Gunnip of Lunenburg; her niece Sandra McIntosh of North Carolina; and her close friend Bev Wilkinson (John). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
