He was predeceased by: his parents, Seth Forbes and Edna Forbes (Whitcomb); his wife Judy; and his siblings, Paul Forbes and Susan Lamadeleine.
He is survived by: his children, Allan Forbes Jr. (Tammy), Diane Goedecke (John) and Scott Forbes (Marie); his brother Richard "Dick" Forbes; and his grandchildren, Isaac Forbes (Cait), Heather Forbes (Ernest Griesman), Chelsey Goedecke, Michelle McVetty (Eric) and Mitchell Forbes (Hannah). He is also survived by nine great-grandchildren; as well as many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
