He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Tillotson and Natalie Frances Tillotson (Willey); his wife Mary E. Tillotson (Ingerson); his son William; and his granddaughter Mandy Elizabeth Tillotson.
He is survived by: his children, John Tillotson (Jewel) of Grantham and Cynthia Colby (Robert) of Lancaster; his sister Mearline "Jill" Richard of Dalton; and his grandchildren, Jesse Sheldon Tillotson, Christopher Feugill, Zachary Colby (Jamie) and Marcus Colby (Samantha Goulet). He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
