She was predeceased by: her parents, Aristide Demers and Arminnie Demers (Doiron); her husband Donald O. McDermott, Sr.; her son Craig F. McDermott, Sr.; and her siblings, Rita, Evelyn, Beatrice and Ovide (Warren "Pete" Levy).
She is survived by: her son Donald, Jr.; her grandchildren, Craig, Jr. (Tina), Marc and Crystal; her great grandchildren, Craig III and Damian; her daughter-in-law Mercedes; her niece Susan; her brother-in-law George Capadais; and her friend Cathy Trickey.
