With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Donald Purington of Laconia, New Hampshire, born in Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 12, 2023 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Purington and Iris Elaine Purington (Whitten); and his sister Lisa Jordan (Wayne). He is survived by: his wife Alice of Laconia, NH; his sisters, Karen White (Ed Getty) of Gray, ME and Susan Marean (Steve) of Windham, ME; and his daughter Gina Finocchiaro of Andover, MA.. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews and nieces.
