She was predeceased by: her parents, Reverend William Hayes and Ruth Hayes (Kellogg); her husband Eugene Jacques; her daughter Amie Jacques; her grandson Nicholas Swett; and her brothers, William and Raymond Hayes.
She is survived by: her children, Esther Gauthier of Northfield, Denise Swett of Laconia, Daniel Jacques of Pembroke and Mark Jacques; her siblings, Russell Hayes of Rhode Island, Joel Hayes of Arizona and Margaret Curtis of Rhode Island; and her sister-in-law Joyce Hayes of North Carolina. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, 2 step grandchildren, and 10 great grandchildren.
