It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Michael Rooney (Laconia, New Hampshire), born in Lynn, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 30, 2023, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Rooney and Evelyn E. Rooney (Collins); his friend Bobby O'Neil; and his brother James 'Jimmy Rooney. He is survived by: his wife Paige Rooney (Callahan); his children, Kimberly Rooney Sharon (Brian Sharon) of Belmont, NH and Kevin Sheehan Rooney (Betsy Hood Elliot); his grandchildren, Ryan Patrick Rooney, Palmer Leighton Elliot Rooney and Eloise Isabella Taylor Rooney; his siblings, Francis (Felicia) of Lynn, MA, John (Kathleen) of Salem, MA and Maryanne (Michael Hegan) of Wakefield, MA.; and his friends, Larry Kelleher, Jim Baldini, Sandy O'Meara, Tim Wogan, Dave Tomeo and Chris Joyce.
