It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita F. Fortin (Laconia, New Hampshire), who passed away on February 23, 2023, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Geremie Lessard and Mary Lessard (Fillion); her husband Richard A. Fortin, Sr.; her daughter Cathleen Marcott; her granddaughter Tara Jean Luff; and her siblings, Raymond, Roger, Joseph, Rudy, Gene, Alice, Dorothy, Madeleine, Patricia and Claire.
She is survived by: her son Richard Fortin, Jr. (Darlene) of Tilton; her granddaughter Sarah Fortin Allen (Matthew); her great grandchildren, Gwen, Logan of Northfield and Dustin Fortin (Donna); her daughter Deborah Luff (Paul); her grandson Nathan; her great grandchild Scarlett Grace of Laconia; her sister-in-law Muriel Guilmette of Laconia; and also, Emily, Lucas of Hooksett, Christopher St. Gelais (Keelie), Alesia, Austyn, Arianna, Aiden of Tampa, FL, Corey St. Gelais of Maine, Jessica St. Gelais and Croy of Tilton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
