She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Fortin and Christopher Fortin of Winter Haven, FL; her granddaughter Stephanie Maltais (Jason); her great grandchild Kylee of Meredith, NH; and her granddaughter Jillian Dreyer (Matthew) of Tampa Florida.
