He was predeceased by: his grandparents, William, Cathy Edgar, Carroll Marden and Wendell Ellsworth. He is survived by: his parents, Scott Ellsworth (Karen Constant) and Kathryn Marden (Edgar); his father-in-law Mike; his sisters, Melinda Riley (Joe) and Stacey Ellsworth; his grandmother Helen Ellsworth; his aunts and uncles, Debbie Brewer (Gene), Tricia Furbish (Dale McBeath), Donna Curran (Bobby), Rick Furbish, Michael Ellsworth and Jeff Ellsworth; and his nephew Hunter Toth. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
