He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chase and Ethelbert Chase (Colby); and his siblings, Phyllis, David and John.
He is survived by: his sisters, Mary and Barbara; his close friend Pat Brown; his sons, Shawn Chase (Naisa) of Belmont and Shayne Chase of Berlin; and also, Foxy and Teddy of Gilford.
