She was predeceased by: her parents, Augustus Harris and Alta Harris (Washington); her husband Brien; her brother Sheldon; her son Dorian James (Jim Turcotte); and her granddaughter Sarah West.
She is survived by: her brother Jim of Columbus, GA; her children, Frances West (Buck) of Meredith, NH, Brenda Andrews of Nevada City, CA, Barbara Sullivan (Kerry) of Belmont, NH, Annette Turcotte of Melrose, MA and Scott Turcotte of Derry, NH.; her grandchildren, Joshua West (Michelle), Zachary West (Heather), Benjamin West (Elise) and Rebekah Patel (Yogesh); her great grandchild Anika Patel; and her niece Lorraine Robie.
Frances Lucille struggled for many years with Alzheimer's disease, and for the past 6 years was a resident at the Belknap County Nursing Home.
