He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Dempsey II and Elizabeth "Poppy" Dempsey (Paquet); and his sister Andreana Grimaldo. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Dempsey (Silva); his children, Joshua, Tyler, Cori and Anna; and his sister Pam O'Connell.
