With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert Lafontaine of Kingston, New Hampshire, who passed away on August 1, 2021 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Julian Lafontaine and Rita Lafontaine (Gagne); his former wife Rochelle Lafontaine (Lafayette); and his sisters, Carol Stowers and Janet Lavoie.
He is survived by: his wife Candace Paine; his children, Robert K. (Sharon Lafontaine), Edward J. (Lynn Lafontaine) and Gail Reardon (Robert Jusko) of Danville; his stepchildren, Michael J. Paine (Lisa Lafontaine) of Haverhill, Kara B. Paine of Limestone, ME and Rebecca A. Hertrich (Christopher) of Methuen, MA; his sisters, Sylvia Lanouette of Epping, Dorothy Zazopoulos of Methuen, MA, Loretta Curtis of Windham, Claire Carrasco of Silver City, NM and Denise Michaud of Salem, NH; and his grandchildren, Nicole, Michael, Jennifer, Jessica, Robert, Leatrice, Nathan, Haylie and Jenna. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
