She was predeceased by: her husband Anthony Whitcomb (Tony) of Kingston, NH; and her parents, Julia Mudar and William Mudar of Troy, NY.. She is survived by: her children, Susan Stene and Bradley Whitcomb (Cheryl Whitcomb) of Australia; her grandsons, Forrest Whitcomb and Nolan Whitcomb; and her siblings, Peter Mudar (Letty-ann) of Snellville, GA, Paul Mudar (late Mary Jean Mudar) of Troy, NY and Demetria Mudar (John Owens). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Bobbie was hands-on and knee-deep in the park, from sourcing the donation of acres of fencing, bringing it down from Maine, and hammering it into place, to ensuring that the park was a safe and welcoming community for people and their pets.".
