Nash; his nephew Weston of Rochester, NH; his brother Jacob D. Smith (Madison Chase) of Sandown; his grandparents, Glenn, Christine Ratte (Fiset) of East Wakefield, NH, Gordon and Bethany Smith (Larsen) of Lebanon, ME; and his uncles, Jeffrey Smith (Katrina), David Smith (Julieann) and Mark Ratte.

The family requests that donations in Adam's name may be made to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, 85 North State St., Concord, NH .
